environment consists of Windows 2003 servers running IIS
6. Our systems
are updated with the latest service packs and FrontPage extensions.
Our goal is to have an up-time greater than 99.95% (no more than
4 hours per year of downtime!) In order to accomplish this, we
use the following systems/technologies: Data redundancy with RAID
systems, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Technician on call 24 hours
7 days per week, automated analysis/recovery software,
and more.
Dial-up
Our dial-up
environment consists of digital Cisco 56K modem cards. This unique
solution provides the highest connection rates attainable with
today's technology, and the ability to concurrently support V.90
and V.92. Our modem/customers ratio is one of
the highest in the industry; if busy signals become a problem,
we add more modems.
